Darren Ambrose insists he is feeling '100 per cent' better after returning to action following an operation on his hip to cure a long-standing groin problem.The Charlton midfielder went under the knife of top surgeon Richard Villar at London's Wellington Hospital back in April after Addicks physio Steve Allen detected that three years of groin injuries were stemming from a problem with the star's hip.Ambrose told the official website: "I actually did the injury shortly after arriving at Charlton when I was away with England U21s."Since then I've been - not so much struggling - but playing through the injury for a long time.
